We want you to be happy with the Solo Founder Sales Playbook. If it's not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — for any reason.
1. Refund window
You have 14 days from the date of your order to request a refund. The 14 days are counted from the order confirmation date shown on your Paddle receipt.
2. How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or
- Email us at support@getsalesspark.com and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing time depends on your card issuer or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
3. What you don't need to do
You don't need to justify your reason or return any files. Because the Product is digital, we ask that you stop using it and delete your copies after a refund is issued, but we trust you to do that on your own.
4. After the 14-day window
After 14 days, refunds are no longer offered under this policy. Paddle may still consider refunds in exceptional circumstances under its own Refund Policy; contact Paddle directly if you believe your situation qualifies.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us or Paddle first — we will almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback. Disputed payments may lead to your access being suspended under our Terms & Conditions.
